Step 1: Register Kit Number

For providers performing on-site collection with clients, log into your Provider Dashboard, register the kit to your client and proceed with the DNA Collection process. Remind your client to fill out consent information.
Collect DNA
Important:
Do not eat, drink, or smoke for 30 minutes prior to using the kit.
Place the vial standing up on a flat surface. Peel open the bag containing the swab and remove the swab. Unscrew the vial cap.
- Note: Do not touch swab tip or allow contact with any other object. This may result in the need for retesting and delay your reports.
Rub swab tip firmly against the inside of your cheek 15–20 times, using light pressure similar to brushing your teeth. Rotate the swab tip as you are rubbing. Cover the entire cheek from top to bottom and side to side.
Pick up the vial and hold steady in one hand. Slowly twist the swab into the iSWAB vial with corkscrew motion. There will be resistance, but push swab all the way to the bottom of the tube.
Hold the vial steady and move the swab up and down rapidly inside the tube 10–15 times without moving the swab out of the liquid.
Remove and discard the swab by holding the vial firmly and removing the swab by slowly twisting out with a corkscrew motion. DO NOT PLACE SWAB IN THE BIOHAZARD BAG.
Replace cap tightly and place vial in biohazard bag.
Return sample in enclosed prepaid envelope.
Step 3: Download Healthie App
Upon purchase of your stack you received an email (please check your spam folders) with instructions on performing your test, a link to download the Healthie App, login instructions, and a link to a client intake form. If you did not receive this email, please contact support.
Step 4: Complete Client Intake Form Within Two Weeks of Purchase
A link to complete your client intake form can be found in the email you received confirming your stack or membership. Please check your spam folders. If you did not receive this email, please contact support. The Client Intake Form needs to be completed within two weeks of purchase so that we may perform a complete health analysis and deliver your personalized results.
Please note: Our intake form takes 30 minutes to 1-hour to complete. By providing a detailed health history, symptoms, and our completing our nutrition and fitness questionnaire we can provide a detailed analysis and the most precise personalized wellness plan for your unique biochemistry, needs, and goals.
What Happens Next:
- Health Hacker IQ Support will inform you via email that the lab has received your sample.
- Results take 2-3 weeks for lab processing.
- We will notify you when your results are completed.
- A Health Hacker IQ health coach will deliver your genetic reports and a personalized plan within seven business days through the Healthie App. You will be notified via email that your results are ready along with instructions for connecting with a health coach if you have additional questions about your genetic report or personalized wellness plan.
