My journey into the health and wellness industry began in 2010 with my own fight to overcome a long list of health challenges, including chronic Lyme disease, obesity, methylation impairment, chronic inflammation, migraines, and in early 2023 a bout with episodic amnesia caused by severe sleep apnea and oxygen deprivation.

While the challenges I had faced were numerous, I knew there was a bigger reason for these trials, and in some way, I was determined to make “good” come out of the adversities I had faced. One of my favorite podcasters, Ed Mylett once said “we are most qualified to help the person we once were,” and that statement has been a driving force in me discovering root causes and seeking personalized solutions to health and healing, not only for myself, but for so many who suffer the physical and emotional pain caused by chronic health struggles.

Gratefully, I discovered a path to better health and balance through determination, faith, mindset shifts, and a commitment to learning. Today, I’m on the other side of all those health struggles, living proof that transformation is possible—and I’m passionate about helping YOU achieve the same.
